John Started this site about 4 years ago. John is now 52 but when he
was in his early 20's he wrote a couple hundred songs . His first
guitar was purchased with money he made when he delivered
papers on a bicycle when he was 14 or 15.
It was a 12 String. This is the 12 string in a Movie Knoxville.Fm was
shooting in Gatlinburg Tn. The actor had been in about 12 major
movies , him and his girlfriend decided they didn't want to continue
Knoxville.Fm's agreement in promoting their music, they wanted to be
in our movie but no longer allow knoxville.Fm to promote their music.
We legally could promote their music but, tthere are hundreds of
thousands of others that would participate. We wish them luck
though, it's a long story.
The truth is it is easier to be a professional baseball player than to
make it in the music business. Knoxville.Fm will use average people
with extrodinary talent and maybe some can make it to the big time,
but John feels almost everyone can have their own Fan base.
John is not a performer , he has participated in Karaoke from time to
time, but was never sure what to do with all those songs he wrote
years ago.
A couple years ago , Knoxville.Fm bought a Hd (Jvc Pro) Digital
camera and his six children had to eat bread and water for a while.
Just kidding , but the footage we have captured in the last couple of
years we wouldn't trade the world for.
John initially invited many people from Myspace to participate with
movies and music but no one really took time.
So we started video taping children and we have captured some
precious memories .
It has evolved into the ideas of creating " A Story and a Film " and A
Song and a Movie "
Knoxville.Fm targeted market is no longer just in America, but the
world.
John hopes to in time market multiple version of songs , both his ,
and others to individuals around the world .
Changing the concept that one song is performed by one person
and Knoxville.Fm also has some amazing ideas of how albums and
movies will be created and distributed. Keep checking back.
